French Onion Soup

This comes from Koreena Renard, a friend from Green Bay, WI. Very easy and good.

French Onion Soup

4 large onions sliced—saute in...
¼ c butter. Cook until tender

Add:

8 cups beef broth
salt and pepper
Simmer 10 min.

Toast 8 slices bread; cut into pieces. Sprinkle with 1 cup mozzarella cheese. Add to soup.

Serves 8
