This is a great caramel corn recipe. Easy to make. We like to make cheese popcorn(cheddar cheese powder sprinkled over buttered popcorn) and mix these together. Tastes like
Garretts popcorn from Chicago.

Caramel Corn
2 c. brown sugar
1 c. butter
1/2 c. corn syrup
1 t. salt
1 t. baking soda
4 qts popped popcorn
Pop popcorn. Melt butter and sugar. Add corn syrup and salt. Bring to a boil. Boil two minutes. Add baking soda. Pour over popcorn. Stir. Bake at 250 for one hour stirring every 15 minutes.
