Honey Butter

We wanted a honey butter recipe like the restaurant Cheddars uses on their croissants. Kathleen found this on the Internet. It is very good on toast, too!

Honey Butter
3/4 c powdered sugar
3/4 c butter
3/4 c honey

Mix all together and heat to melt.

  1. How much Honey Butter does this recipe serve as is?

  2. 1 stick of butter is 1/2 cup, 3/4 c butter is 1.5 sticks. When this is whipped together I would say it makes about 1 cup total. Hope this helps

  3. If you only have 4 croissants (as they are pkgd at my store) I cut this recipe down to 1/4 c of each. It is wonderfully yummy!
