Dipping Oil for Bread

We love dipping oils like Italian restaurants serve with warm bread. We found this on the internet and added a few things .

Dipping Oil for Bread

1 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 tsp. ground black pepper
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. dried rosemary
1 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. granulated garlic
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. kosher salt ( we used less)
1/4 - 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 T sugar
1 T parm. cheese

Combine all ingredients, except oil, on a shallow bowl or plate. Heat before serving to dissolve the sugar.
Pour olive oil over.

Notes: Serve with fresh-baked bread for dipping.
