Strawberry Freezer Jam
2 c sugar
4 c fruit, mashed
1/3 c pectin
Mix sugar and fruit and let stand for 10 minutes.
Mix 3/4 c water with 1/3 c pectin and boil for 1 minute. Add pectin mix to fruit and sugar and stir for 3 minutes. Ladle into clean jars. Let the jam sit out at room temperature for 24 hours and then put in the freezer.



Oooh they look good...I get my pectin from the Amish too. Also make black raspberry and red raspberry among others!!
