BaLeT Sandwich

I first had this sandwich at the Blue Oak restaurant in Round Rock, TX. I immediately fell in love with it! I LOVE BLT's and adding an egg and avocado to it took it over the top! We stopped and got avocados one night while we were staying at my folks house this summer and got them hooked on these, too!

bacon, fried
avocado
lettuce
egg--fried hard
tomato
bread

Put ingredients between two pieces of bread, toasted if you like, and enjoy!
