Garlic herb buttered corn on the cobTina Estes Thomlison
Mix 1/2 cup butter, 3 cloves minced garlic and 2 tsp finely chopped parsley.
Generously slather onto 4 ears of husked corn, salt and pepper as desire & wrap in foil.
Place in crockpot with water covering 1/4 of corn, rotate halfway through if all ears don't sit nicely on bottom. Cook 3-4 hrs low or 2 -2 1/2 on high. DELICIOUS!
