5 pounds Roma tomatoes diced small
2 bunches garden onions diced fine1 red onion diced fine
2 Jalapeno peppers finely chopped
4 cloves garlic minced
1 bunch of cilantro chopped fine
juice of 3 limes
juice of 1/2 lemon
1/3 cup sugar
salt and pepper to taste
Mix in bowl chill in fridge for 2 hours mixing it up every half hour, serve with chips.
