Kathleen made this recipe up when we were serving the Fantastic Pot Roast from yesterday. No gravy was needed!
Rosemary Garlic Mashed Potatoes
5 potatoes cubed
1.5 T chopped fresh rosemary
butter
1 clove garlic, chopped
milk
Boil the potatoes. Mash with butter and milk. Add the garlic and rosemary.
