Mexican Sunset Bread

This was an easy bread to put together. We ate it plain(with butter) and then I made Don a grilled cheese the next day. He LOVED it! Try this and you will like it too.

Mexican Sunset Bread

3/4 c. warm water
1/2 c. sour cream
3 T chunky salsa
1 1/2 T sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 T dried cilantro OR 3 T fresh leaves
2 1/2 T taco seasoning mix
3 1/3 c. bread flour
1 1/2 t yeast

Drain any thin, watery liquid from salsa before using. Use only chunky style salsa.
Bake according to manufactures directions.
