Caramel Apple Fluff

This was a great side dish we served with the pork chops yum yum. I would advise to make this the day before you eat it so the pudding firms up.

Caramel Apple Fluff

desserts | Yield:8-1 cup servings.

20 oz canned crushed pineapple in juice
4 medium apple(s)
4 serving fat-free sugar free instant butterscotch pudding and pie filling mix
8 oz fat-free whipped topping

1. Puree' pineapple and its juice in blender or the tall cup of Magic Bullet.
2. Mix pineapple and its juice and 1 small box dry pudding mix together.
3. Fold in container of FF whipped topping.
4. Chop small-med. Red Delicious or Fugi apples into bite sized pieces; fold into mixture.
5. Place in refrigerator for 8 hours or overnight.

NOTE:  Yields a full 8 cups. Resist the urge to eat it before it is thoroughly chilled. When cold, it is absolutely delicious!

NI: 139 cal., trace fat, trace protein, 34 gm. carbs., 2 gm. dietary fiber, 0 mg. cholesterol, 167 mg. sodium.
