Pork Chops Yum Yum

These were very tender and moist pork chops. They are made with ingredients that everyone has in their pantry. Try them, you will like them.

Pork Chops Yum Yum

1 lb lean pork loin, (4 Chops @ 4 oz each)--Beth used 6 chops
1/4 cup Broth, Chicken
2 Tbs honey
2 Tbs soy sauce
1 Tbs ketchup
1 Tbs ground ginger
1 Tbs minced garlic

1. Brown chops on both sides. Place in casserole dish sprayed with non- stick spray.

2. Mix all remaining ingredients and pour over pork chops. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 45 mins-1 hour

3. Tip: Check your chops after 45 mins. That may be enough time to bake.
