Roquefort
Dressing
1 cup sour cream
(8 oz) (Can use light or reduced fat)
1/2 cup salad
dressing or mayo (can use light)1 teaspoon tarragon vinegar
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion salt
Few drops hot pepper sauce
1 package (4 oz.) crumbled blue cheese (can use Gorgonzola)
Mix together in order given. Store covered in refrigerator. Yield: 1 pint.
This is great not only on salads but with fresh veggies, crackers or potato chips



Or one could just eat it with a spoon!
