Mustard Vinaigrette

This was an excellent light vinaigrette. We all enjoyed this recipe on our fresh lettuce from our garden.

Mustard Vinaigrette

1/2 tsp. sea salt   
1/4 tsp. black pepper, freshly ground   
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
4 tsp. fresh lemon juice   
2 tsp. white wine vinegar
1 tsp. honey 
1/4 cup water
4 Tbsp. olive oil

In a small bowl, combine salt, pepper, mustard, lemon juice, vinegar, honey and water. Slowly pour in oil, whisking the dressing at the same time. Yields about 1 tablespoon per serving. 1 point.
