Dinner Rolls

We made these rolls for the Sunday after Easter.  My dad was in the hospital over Easter, so we had Easter dinner for him the next week.  These are so delicious!  Light and airy.

Dinner Rolls
Adapted from Linda Hayes  Ladies of the Church-Metro Milwaukee Zone Cookbook

1 c butter
1 c sugar
1 1/2 t salt
1 c boiling water
2 eggs, beaten
2 pkg yeast(4 1/2 t)
1 c warm water
6 c flour

Pour boiling water over the butter, sugar and salt.  Blend and cool.  Mix yeast and warm water and let sit for 5 minutes.  Mix liquids together and then add flour.  Cover and put in refrigerator overnight.  Shape dough and let rise 3 hours.  Bake at 400 for 15 minutes.
