Wedding Mints

I have had this recipe for many years.   I have never had reason to make this until last week.  Jenna was helping give a bridal shower and we made these for favors.  We rolled them into ropes and then used a fork to make the indentations.
Wedding Mints

1 8 oz package cream cheese
2 lb powdered sugar
2 to 3 drops of Mint extract (peppermint, wintergreen, etc)
food coloring optional

Soften cream cheese, mix in powered sugar and mint extract. Blend well and add coloring if desired.  Knead until firm but pliable.(may have to add more powdered sugar)  Place in molds or roll and slice.  We used a fork to make the 'decoration' on top.  Keep refrigerated.
