Taco Potatoes

Kathleen made these one night to go with the chicken we made.  Very good and easy.

Taco Potatoes

4 large potatoes
1/2 onion, coarsely chopped
1/2 green pepper, coarsley chopped
4 tablespoons of butter (melted)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon oregano
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Combine seasonings with butter. Pour over the potatoes, onion and green pepper. Toss and place on a baking sheet.

Bake at 400 for 30-40 minutes. Broil until crispy if desired
