I made these for Jenna and me for a Saturday breakfast. We really liked them
1 cup almond flour, sifted
½ Tablespoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
1 cup heavy cream (or heavy cream and a little water)
2 Tablespoons oil
In large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder and salt.
Add cream, oil and eggs. Mix until blended.
Pour into waffle maker to cook.
Makes 8 waffles
