Coffee Crusted Ribeyes
adapted from Bacon and Butter Cookbook
2 Ribeye steaks, 1 lb each
2 t finely ground coffee
1-1/2 t chipotle pepper powder
1 t cocoa powder
2 t finely ground coffee
1-1/2 t chipotle pepper powder
1 t cocoa powder
½ t onion powder
½ t garlic powder
½ t salt
½ t ground pepper
¼ t cinnamon
½ t garlic powder
½ t salt
½ t ground pepper
¼ t cinnamon
Mix all ingredients together and rub onto both sides of
ribeyes. Let sit for 1 hour before grilling. Grill to your desired doneness.
