Low Carb Breakfast Bars/ Trail Mix

This had excellent flavor, but was crumbly. Next time I will beat the egg white until frothy and add it to the rest to form a 'glue'.
Low Carb Breakfast Bars/ Trail Mix

1 cup sliced almonds
1 cup pecans, chopped roughly
1/3 cup pumpkin seeds, chopped fine
1/3 cup raspberries
1/3 cup blueberries
6 tbsp Splenda
1/2 cup flaxseed meal
1/4 cup melted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
1 egg white
1/2 c sugar free chocolate chips

Mix all ingredients together.  Put parchment paper in a 9 x 13 pan and press the mixture into the pan. 
Bake at 350F for 20-22 min
