Topping for Baked Potatoes

We love this on baked potatoes. Eva's salt just adds the best flavor.

Topping for Baked Potatoes

1 c sour cream
2 T chives, fresh or use less if using dried
1 t salt -Eva's salt
1/4 t cracked pepper

Mix all ingredients together and serve over baked potatoes. This is enough for 4-6 potatoes.

  1. This looks great! And I bet if I used light sour cream it could be a good deal healthier than my usual butter + cheese + sour cream + bacon if I'm lucky!
