Garlic Herb Buttered Corn on the Cob -Crockpot

This was excellent! It is a great way to make a big batch of corn to keep warm for a party. Next time I will not put garlic in Don's corn....the rest of us LOVE garlic! :-)

Mix 1/2 cup butter, 3 cloves minced garlic and 2 tsp finely chopped parsley.

Generously slather onto 4 ears of husked corn, salt and pepper as desire & wrap in foil.

Place in crockpot with water covering 1/4 of corn, rotate halfway through if all ears don't sit nicely on bottom. Cook 3-4 hrs low or 2 -2 1/2 on high. DELICIOUS!
