Crock Pot Pesto Ranch Chicken

This doesn't look as good as it tastes. The bright green pesto turns brown when cooked. I used frozen chicken breasts and this was a very moist chicken. We served it over pasta, and I think next time I will warm up alfredo sauce to go with it.

Crock Pot Pesto Ranch Chicken

 
8 boneless skinless chicken thighs

6 ounce jar of pesto(Beth used fresh frozen)

1 package Ranch Dressing Seasoning Mix

1/2 cup chicken broth

Place chicken in crockpot. Mix pesto, ranch dressing and chicken broth and pour over chicken.  Cover with lid and cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 6-8 hours.
