Pepper Jelly Vinaigrette

I have had this recipe in my files for a while.  I am so glad I tried it.  We all liked it.  I used my homemade pepper jelly.
Pepper Jelly Vinaigrette
adapted from John Besh's My New Orleans

1/4 c pepper jelly, microwaved at 10 sec intervals until melted
1/4 c apple cider vinegar
1/2 c canola oil or other mild oil
1/4 t salt

Add all ingredient to a jar and shake to combine.
