Breakfast Pizza II

This pizza has a different 'sauce' than the one I usually make.  We made this when cousin Mike was here and I used leftover brisket instead of bacon.  YUMMO!


Breakfast Pizza II

adapted from Cheryl Rose Miller Beachy Family Favorites

2 cans crescent rolls or pizza dough

1/2 # bacon, cooked and crumbled

2 c shredded cheese

4 eggs

1 1/2 c sour cream

2 T fresh parsley or 2 t dried parsley

2 T onion, diced

Preheat oven to 425.  Pat out crust into a pizza pan--Beth used 2 cans of crescent rolls and a 17 inch pan.

Bake for 5-8 minutes until lightly browned.

In a bowl, beat eggs, sour cream and parsley until smooth.  Pour over crust as the 'sauce'.  Add cheese and sprinkle with bacon and onions,  

Bake for 20-25 minutes until puffy and lightly browned.
